1501 50 datasheet стабилизатор

Микросхемы AP1501-ADJ, AP1501-33, AP1501-50, AP1501-12 — являются понижающими DC/DC конвертерами. Назначение микросхем — управление мощным встроенным NPN-транзистором, изменением времени включения которого производится регулирование количества энергии, передаваемой в цепь нагрузки так, что выходное напряжение источника питания остается практически независимым от изменения нагрузки.

Микросхемы серии AP1501 широко применяются в источниках питания бытовой и промышленной аппаратуры.

AP1501-ADJ — с регулируемым выходным напряжением.

AP1501-33 — с фиксированным выходным напряжением 3,3В.

AP1501-50 — с фиксированным выходным напряжением 5,0В.

AP1501-12 — с фиксированным выходным напряжением 12В.

Основные характеристики преобразователей напряжения AP1501:

— диапазон выходного напряжения в регулируемом стабилизаторе от 1,23 до 37В.

— генератор со встроенной емкостью на частоту 150кГц.

— защита от перегрева и ограничение по току.

— вход управления включением/выключением.

— рабочее напряжение до 40В.

— низкое энергопотребление в режиме ожидания.

Микросхема выполнена в корпусе — TO263-5L.
